It is the player’s responsibility to check his or her ticket to make sure it represents the correct game, draw date, numbers requested and has a visible bar code or serial number.
Winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the last winning draw date on the ticket.
Purchased tickets are only valid for the dates shown on the ticket.
The ticket, not the playslip, is the only valid proof of your number selection, and it is the only valid receipt to claim a prize.
All tickets, transactions and winners are subject to the directives of the executive director of the Missouri Lottery, the rules and regulations of the Missouri Lottery and the Missouri Statutes, and tickets are only offered for sale in accordance with the same.
Upon purchasing a ticket, the player agrees to abide by the Missouri Statutes and all rules and regulations of the Missouri Lottery.
A ticket is a bearer instrument. It is recommended that the ticket be signed at the time of purchase.
The Missouri Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets are void and will not be paid if determined stolen, unissued, illegible, mutilated, altered in whole or part, misregistered, defective, incomplete, printed or produced in error, multiply-printed, or if the ticket fails any of the Missouri Lottery’s confidential validation tests. Liability for void tickets is limited to replacement of the ticket or refund of sales price.
Tickets may not be sold to or redeemed by minors under the age of 18.
The holder of a winning ticket may win in only one prize category per play board and shall be paid the prize in the highest category won.
This game consists of three separate games with nine separate sets of four numbers from a field of 60 numbers on each ticket.
On each ticket played, the player will receive the following:
Game 1- One set of four numbers. These numbers may be picked by the player or randomly selected by the Draw Games terminal using Quick Pick.
Game 2- Three sets of four Quick Pick numbers.
Game 3- Five sets of four Quick Pick numbers.
Numbers for Game 2 and 3 will always be “Quick Pick.” A Quick Pick is a computerized, randomly-selected set of numbers available through the Draw Games terminal.
The holder of a winning ticket may win in only one prize category per set of four numbers played, and shall be paid the prize in the highest category won. Players may win up to nine times on each ticket by winning one prize in each of the nine sets of numbers played.
The Lottery will pay up to four winning tickets that match all four numbers in Game 1 in a single draw the top prize of $250,000. If five or more tickets match all four numbers in Game 1 in a single drawing, the top prize will become pari-mutuel and a total of $1 million will be equally split among all top prize winners of that drawing.
$250K Triple Play tickets can be canceled at the place of sale, on the day of sale, on the Draw Games terminal on which the ticket was produced prior to the winning numbers drawing for that ticket.
How to play $250K Triple Play using a playslip
The playslip has five ticket panels that can be marked to produce five separate tickets. Each ticket is $2 and consists of three games and nine sets of four numbers.
Each panel contains numbers from 1 through 60. Four numbers per panel can be selected by placing a heavy [l] in each circle, beginning with Panel “A”. If randomly selected numbers are desired, the circle next to “Quick Pick” must be marked. These selections are for Game 1 only, as numbers for Game 2 and 3 will always be Quick Pick.
A blue or black pen or pencil should be used for marking selections. The terminal will not accept red ink.
To play numbers for more than one drawing at a time, the appropriate circle at the top of the playslip must be marked next to “Multidraw.” This will play all selections in panels “A” through “E” for that number of drawings. $250K Triple Play can be played for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 or 15 drawings.
How to play $250K Triple Play verbally
At the discretion of the retailer, $250K Triple Play may be played by making a verbal request for a ticket. The player must provide the clerk with the following information:
