$2.9 Million Lotto Jackpot Claimed in Kansas City

Kansas City area resident D. Wieglenda claimed a $2.9 million Lotto jackpot on June 22 at the Missouri Lottery’s office in Independence. His Quick Pick ticket matched all six numbers in the June 16 drawing: 4, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 30. He purchased the winning ticket at Dirt Cheap Smokes & Liquor, 1177 W. Kansas St. in Liberty on June 15.
For selling the winning ticket, Dirt Cheap Smokes & Liquor received a bonus check for $5,000.

Lotto is a twice-weekly Draw Game with jackpots that start at $1 million. To date, there have been 248 jackpots awarded in Lotto, the longest running Missouri Lottery Draw Game.
