Kansas City Lottery Player Wins $25,000 a Year for Life

Jorge Cedillo of Kansas City matched all five white-ball numbers drawn in the Nov. 11 Lucky For Life drawing to win $25,000 a year for life. The winning numbers were 3, 5, 22, 23, 36, and the Lucky Ball number was 12. Cedillo purchased his winning ticket at Superior Mini Mart, 3701 St. John Ave., in Kansas City.

Lucky For Life is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game that features a top prize of $1,000 a day for life and a second prize of $25,000 a year for life. Cedillo joins 10 other Missouri players who have won the second-level prize of $25,000 a year for life since sales for the Draw Game began in 2015.

All current Missouri Lottery tickets can be scanned on the Lottery’s mobile app or on Check-A-Ticket machines at retail to determine if a ticket is a winner. Current and historical winning Draw Games numbers can also be found at MOLottery.com.

In the most recent fiscal year, players in Jackson County won more than $120 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $7.6 million in commissions and bonuses, and an additional $21.2 million went  to education programs in the county.
