Lottery Generates $22.8 Million for Education During October

The Missouri Lottery today transferred $22.8 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund, which benefits public education. The monthly transfer of $22,895,192 brings the total transferred in FY13 to more than $112 million.
Since the Lottery began in 1986, it has generated more than $4.4 billion for the state and public education. Programs funded in FY13 include the A+ Scholarship Program, the Foundation Program and Access Missouri. Two Scratchers Expire by End of 2012

Two Scratchers games will expire by the end of the year. They are:

• Game 840, “Aces & 8’s” – expires Nov. 18; and
• Game 838, “$100,000 Payday Bonus” – expires Nov. 21.
