Stephen Morrison of Danville, Ill., was randomly drawn today as the grand-prize winner in the Missouri Lottery’s “Ticket to Ride” promotional drawing, the fourth and final second-chance drawings tied to the Lottery’s new “Harley-Davidson” Scratchers game.

Morrison will get his choice between any Harley-Davidson® motorcycle, up to a $21,000 value, or $21,000 cash.  The Lottery will pay standard federal and state withholding taxes on the prize.

In addition to Morrison’s win, 25 other entrants were drawn to win $500 cash, and 100 others were selected to win an officially licensed Harley-Davidson merchandise prize pack.

Complete winner lists from the promotion, as well as information about the “Harley-Davidson” Scratchers ticket, can be found at MOLottery.com. Four Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and a $75,000 top prize still remain unclaimed in the game.
