A Missouri Lottery player became a new millionaire when the numbers he selected matched all five white-ball numbers drawn in the July 5 Mega Millions drawing to win a $1 million prize.
The winning numbers drawn that night were 6, 15, 32, 54, and 67, with the winner only missing the Mega Ball number of 4.
The winning ticket was sold at Signal Food Store, 711 N. Business Highway 60 in Mansfield, and the prize was later claimed at the Lottery’s Springfield regional office.
Mega Millions is drawn twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 p.m. Tonight’s estimated jackpot is currently $279 million.
In FY23, players in Wright County won more than $2.6 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received over $250,000 in commissions and bonuses, while more than $340,000 went to educational programs in the county.
