$250,000 Powerball Prize Won in St. Louis

Aug 18, 2025

As the Powerball jackpot surpasses $600 million, a Missouri Lottery player has stepped forward to claim a $250,000 prize from the July 7 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Rocket, 14024 Olive Blvd., in Chesterfield.

The winning numbers on July 7 were 33, 35, 58, 61 and 69 with a Powerball number of 25. The ticket matched four of five white-ball numbers drawn, as well as the Powerball number, to win a base prize of $50,000. Since the player also added the Power Play option, the prize was instantly multiplied by the 5X multiplier drawn – producing a total prize of $250,000.

Powerball is a multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $605 million, with a cash value of $273.4 million.

In FY24, players in St. Louis County won more than $200.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $19.4 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $161.2 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
