A Missouri Lottery player has generous plans after uncovering a $100,000 prize on a “50X” Scratchers ticket. 

The winner said she had decided to try something different and play a new game when she bought the ticket at On the Run, 203 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, in St. Peters.  

“Normally, I play the crosswords, but I just happened to pick up a couple of (these) and one was a winner!” she said.

When asked how she’d spend her winnings, she gladly shared what she had in mind.  

“I’m gonna track down the young man who sold me the ticket and give him some money, too,” she replied.

In FY25, St. Charles County players won more than $72.5 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $6.1 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $13.7 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
