Unsolicited ideas will not be accepted or considered by the Missouri Lottery or any of its employees.
This includes, but is not limited to, ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, new product names or original creative artwork.

Submission of an unsolicited idea constitutes your agreement that:

  1. Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of the Missouri Lottery, without any compensation to you;
  2. The Missouri Lottery may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way;
  3. There is no obligation for the Missouri Lottery to review the submission;
  4. There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential and your submission may become public pursuant to Missouri law.
