The holidays started early for a lucky St. Francois County couple when they uncovered a $300,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Holiday Ice” Scratchers ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K, 1015 Highway K in Bonne Terre, and later claimed at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Dec. 5.
“Holiday Ice” players have claimed more than $12.1 million in prizes since the $20 ticket was released at the end of September. Over $12.6 million in unclaimed prizes remain, including one additional top prize of $300,000 and two $50,000 prizes.
In FY24, players in St. Francois County won more than $12.4 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $1.2 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $2.7 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
