Price Chopper, 109 N. Cedar Drive in Belton, was the first Missouri Lottery retailer to sell a top-prize winning “Electric Cash” Scratchers ticket worth $100,000.
Though this is the first top prize claimed in the “Electric Cash” game, another Missouri Lottery player has already won a $25,000 prize, and five players have won $2,500 prizes. In total, players have already won more than $2.1 million since the $5 game started on Sept. 30, with over $14.6 million remaining in unclaimed prizes.
In FY24, players in Cass County won more than $16.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $1.5 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $7.5 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
