A Missouri Lottery player in Stone County won big when her ticket matched all five numbers drawn in the Sept. 1, 2024, Show Me Cash drawing. She purchased the lucky ticket at Rapid Roberts, 11035 E. Highway 76 in Branson West, but she waited until Jan. 7 to claim her $155,863 prize.
“My husband was the one who checked the ticket and he was in disbelief,” she said. “He thought he was reading it wrong!”
Another ticket, sold at On the Run, 6161 Telegraph Road in Oakville, also matched all five numbers drawn in the Sept. 1 drawing. The two ticketholders equally split the $311,726 Show Me Cash jackpot, winning $155,863 each. The winning numbers that night were 10, 14, 17, 19 and 37.
“We were amazed!” the winner added.
Show Me Cash is drawn daily at 8:59 p.m., with jackpots that start at $50,000 and grow until won. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $93,000.
Players who purchased tickets in Stone County in FY24 won more than $3.7 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $386,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $1.4 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
