A Missouri Lottery player in Joplin won the first $100,000 prize on a “300X” Scratchers game.
The ticket was purchased at Downstream Q Store, 4777 Downstream Blvd. in Joplin, and the prize was later claimed at the Missouri Lottery’s Springfield regional office on Feb. 20.
“300X” players have won over $47.7 million playing the $30 game, including a winner in Licking who claimed one of three $3 million top prizes offered in the game. Over $59.5 million remain in unclaimed prizes, including two more prizes of $100,000 and two additional top prizes of $3 million.
Players who purchased tickets in Newton County in FY24 won more than $6.1 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $623,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $1.3 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
