A Missouri Lottery player in Camden County who purchased a “500X” Scratchers ticket at Woods Supermarket, 13655 N. Highway 5 in Sunrise Beach, uncovered one of the game’s $50,000 prizes.
The winner claimed their prize at Missouri Lottery’s headquarters in Jefferson City on April 1.
“500X” is a $50 Scratchers game which currently offers over $149.3 million in unclaimed prizes, including a top prize of $5 million, two $1 million prizes and 30 additional $50,000 prizes. Players can enter their eligible “500X” tickets into their My Lottery® Players Club accounts for a chance to win $500 cash in the next monthly “Scratch Big, Win Big!” drawing.
In FY23, players in Camden County won more than $8.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $940,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $3 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
