A Missouri Lottery player who bought a Cash4Life ticket for the Wednesday, May 1, drawing has just become the Lottery’s newest millionaire. The winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven, 13491 Olive Blvd., in Chesterfield.
The ticket matched all five white-ball numbers drawn – 9, 13, 27, 31 and 44 – to win $1,000 a week for life, marking the second big Cash4Life win in the area in the last month. Another $1,000-a-week-for-life prize was won on April 2 in St. Charles County.
Wednesday’s winner has until Oct. 28 (180 days from the date of the drawing) to claim their prize. The winner may choose between two claiming options: 1) $52,000 annually for life, minus taxes; or 2) one lump-sum payment of $1 million, minus taxes.
The prize can be claimed by making an appointment at any Missouri Lottery office.
