A Missouri Lottery player who won a $50,000 Powerball prize on Sept. 30, 2024, came forward to claim his prize at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Feb. 7. The winning ticket was purchased at Speedway, 501 N.E. Napoleon, in Blue Springs.
The winning numbers for the Sept. 30, 2024 drawing were 9, 11, 30, 43 and 69 with a Powerball number of 20.
Powerball is a multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m.
In FY24, players in Jackson County won more than $109.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $9.8 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $22 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
