A Missouri Lottery player in St. Louis became the third Show Me Cash jackpot winner in less than a month when she matched all five winning numbers – 8, 23, 27, 35 and 39 – in the Aug. 8 drawing.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Euclid Market, 2318 N. Euclid Ave. in St. Louis, and the winner claimed her $85,000 prize at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Aug. 16.
Leading up to the win, a $178,000 Show Me Cash jackpot was won in Kirkwood on July 23, while a $141,000 jackpot was also won on July 31 in Springfield.
Show Me Cash is drawn daily at 8:59 p.m. with jackpots that start at $50,000 and grow until won. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $109,000.
Players who purchased tickets in St. Louis City in FY23 won more than $57 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $4.7 million in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $10.8 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
