Monday - Friday, the office will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, we reserve the right to stop accepting claims earlier than 4:30, if we feel we cannot safely serve all remaining customers before the scheduled closing time. Those wishing to submit their completed Claim Packet and receive their check by mail may still do so.
