- A qualifying purchase is a Powerball single-ticket with at least three plays for the current draw.
- A qualifying ticket may include Power Play and/or Double Play, as long as that ticket includes at least three Powerball plays on a single ticket.
- Powerball tickets cannot be cancelled, including both purchased and free/promotional tickets.
