A $50,000 prize was won in Aurora in the Missouri Lottery’s new “$1,000,000 Money Multiplier” Scratchers game just one day after the tickets went on sale.
The prize was claimed in the Lottery’s Springfield regional office on Dec. 28, 2022.
Released on Dec. 27, “$1,000,000 Money Multiplier” is a $10 game that currently offers over $31.8 million in unclaimed prizes, including four more $50,000 second-prizes and two $1 million top prizes.
The winning ticket was purchased at Rapid Roberts, 2019 S. Elliott Ave., in Aurora.
In FY22, players in Lawrence County won more than $5.4 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $526,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $552,000 in Lottery proceeds – including more than $116,000 for programs in the Aurora school district.
