A Missouri Lottery player purchased an “Emerald 8s” Scratchers ticket at Circle K, 1402 S. Hanley Road in St. Louis, that held one of the game’s top prizes.
“Emerald 8s” is a $5 game featuring over $2.6 million in unclaimed prizes, including one additional $88,888 top prize.
In FY23, players in St. Louis County won more than $207.7 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received over $20 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $76 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
