A Quick Pick ticket led a Missouri Lottery player to a $75,000 jackpot win when he matched all five of his numbers to the winning numbers in the Jan. 29 Show Me Cash drawing.
He bought his ticket at Sigma Food Store, 402 W. Mt. Vernon St., in Nixa. The winning numbers were 11, 12, 18, 28 and 35.
The winner shared he was in disbelief when he realized he’d won, but he plans to use the money to pay bills and buy a house.
Show Me Cash is drawn daily at 8:59 p.m. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $70,000.
In FY23, players in Christian County won more than $10.2 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $1 million in Lottery commissions and bonuses, while more than $2.7 million went to education programs in the county.
