As multi-state jackpots continue to grow closer to a billion dollars, a Quick Pick Powerball ticket brought a $50,000 win to a Missouri Lottery player in Clay County on March 11.
The winning ticket, which matched four out of five white-ball numbers, as well as the Powerball number, was purchased at Discount Smokes and Liquor, 17 N.E. Highway 69, in Kansas City.
The winning numbers on March 11 were 1, 3, 7, 16 and 66 with a Powerball number of 5.
Powerball is a multi-state Draw Game with drawings held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. Saturday’s Powerball drawing is estimated at $750 million – the ninth largest jackpot in the game’s history.
Tonight’s Mega Millions drawing offers an estimated jackpot of $977 million.
