A recent shopper found more than “a helpful smile in every aisle” when she purchased a Missouri Lottery ticket at Hy-Vee, 7117 N. Prospect Ave., in Gladstone. Once uncovered, the “100X The Money” Scratchers ticket revealed one of the game’s $50,000 prizes.
The prize was later claimed at the Lottery’s Kansas City regional office.
“100X The Money” is a $10 Scratchers game released on Feb. 26 with top prizes of $1 million. Currently, one top prize and four $50,000 prizes remain unclaimed.
Through Aug. 20, players can enter their eligible Missouri Lottery Scratchers tickets into the “Choose Your Dream Adventure” second-chance summer promotion for a chance to win in the “Dream Vacation” or “Dream Green” drawings. “Weekly Cash” drawings will also be held throughout the promotion.
In FY23, players in Clay County won more than $27.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received over $3 million in commissions and bonuses, while more than $12.6 million went to educational programs in the county.
