Lottery-Related Fraud

The Missouri Lottery will never call, email or send a text message to say you've won a Draw Games prize.

The Missouri Lottery does not know who Draw Games winners are until the ticket is redeemed.

Winners of Missouri Lottery prizes will NEVER be required to send money or give personal information in order to claim their winnings with the exception of the following:

  • Supplying a Social Security number and banking information (if winner requests direct deposit) on a Lottery-provided claim form for prizes over $600 - this information is NEVER collected over the phone or by email.

  • Verifying winner's phone number and/or mailing address for social media of MOLottery.com promotional contests.

The Missouri Lottery will NEVER sell, trade or otherwise distribute this information to third parties.
