Mega Cash Fridays Promotion Details

  1. Missouri Lottery will host a promotion that rewards players with a free ticket for making a qualifying purchase. 
  2. Coupons do not count towards a qualifying purchase.
  3. A game add-on does not count towards a qualifying purchase.
  4. A qualifying purchase must be made on a single ticket. 
  5. After a qualifying purchase is made, a free ticket is produced.  
  6. Free tickets cannot be entered into promotional drawings. 
  7. Mega Cash Friday promotions will be active on the advertised day, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. (the following day).
  8. Tickets will not print during draw breaks.
  9. The Missouri Lottery reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
  10. Only persons 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate and redeem prizes.  Winners may be required to furnish proof of age.
  11. Any additional local, state, federal or other taxes, expenses or surcharges associated with the prizes not mentioned in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.
  12. The Missouri Lottery makes no implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize offered.
  13. Each person participating in this promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules and procedures of the Missouri Lottery.

Customer Service Manager (St. Louis)

The Missouri Lottery Commission is seeking an individual who will be responsible for management of regional Lottery front office operations to include interaction with retailers and the public. This position will manage, plan, assign, delegate and coordinate activities of customer service representatives and the warehouse manager. In addition, this individual will assist with ticket sales, redemptions, validations, prize payments, customer service issues, and provide training on Lottery procedures, policies, products, and operations of all office equipment.

Advertising and Digital Content Manager (Jefferson City)

This position is responsible for the direction, planning, analysis and coordination of product and corporate digital operations, programs or services.  Individual will manage, review and approve the overall planning, production, and execution of the Lottery’s digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to: fiscal year media plans; television, radio and interactive media campaigns; and statewide messaging for permanent point-of-sale materials

District Sales Manager (St. Louis)

This person is responsible for maintenance and development of sales of lottery products in the areas assigned, working in the field closely with sales team members to support the development and maintenance of an effective, well-trained sales force to aggressively and profitably cover the areas assigned to them; for local interpretation of and compliance with Missouri Lottery policy in the operation of the district; and representation of the Lottery to present and prospective retailers.  Overnight travel and after-hours event attendance is required.

Customer Service Specialist (Jefferson City)

Individual will be responsible for providing customer service to players, retailers, and/or the general public and will validate and issue payment of lottery prizes; respond to e-mail and mail correspondence, as well as telephone requests; sell Scratchers and Draw Games tickets; accurately maintain cash drawer and ticket inventory; update ticket log and adjustment credit spreadsheets; and obtain winner stories.  Individual will also assist with maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms; merchandise lobby area with game information, promotions, and winner information items.
