Chief Sales Officer (Director - Division of Sales) - Jefferson City

Customer Service Manager - St. Louis

This position will manage, plan, assign, delegate and coordinate activities of customer service representatives and the warehouse manager.  In addition, this individual will assist with ticket sales, redemptions, validations, prize payments, customer service issues, and provide training on Lottery procedures, policies, products, and operations of all office equipment. Responsible for assisting staff in check writing, ticket orders, prize receipts, reconciliation of daily cash statements and cash drawer.

Sales Systems Manager - Jefferson City

This Sales Systems Manager (Research/Data Analyst) will serve as the administrator for the Lottery’s field software solution, gemIntelligence.  This position is the liaison between the Lottery’s sales team and the vendor to use this software tool as a means to grow sales, by identifying enhancement opportunities for the system and by leading training efforts with the sales team to maximize the use of gemIntelligence as a selling tool.

Program Coordinator - Jefferson City

The Missouri Lottery is looking for a public information coordinator to join our Communications team, overseeing our responsible gaming program and our accreditation with the World Lottery Association. In this position, you’ll lead our organization’s responsible gaming committee, create annual action plans, track initiatives and provide guidance on problem gambling. You’ll also serve as the secretary of the Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling.

Sales Representative - St. Louis

The State of Missouri is seeking an individual who will be responsible for the sale and promotion of Missouri Lottery products to retail establishments in the southern St. Louis City and south St. Louis County. Will work to identify and recruit prospective retail accounts and provide service to established accounts.  Provide information and assistance to retailers regarding Lottery policies and procedures relating to new and existing products, incentive programs, billing schedules, licensing, bond renewals, etc.

Lottery Sales Operations Manager (Jefferson City)

The position supports the Chief Sales Officer and sales leadership team with strategic planning development and execution, in addition to special projects to grow sales, across all levels of the sales team. Expectations include the productive facilitation of the office manager group, the inside sales leadership team, the sales management team and individual sales team groups as needed.  Regular in-person collaboration with the regional sales teams is expected.

Customer Service Specialist (Jefferson City)

Individual will be responsible for providing customer service to players, retailers, and/or the general public and will validate and issue payment of lottery prizes; respond to e-mail and mail correspondence, as well as telephone requests; sell Scratchers and Draw Games tickets; accurately maintain cash drawer and ticket inventory; update ticket log and adjustment credit spreadsheets; and obtain winner stories.  Individual will also assist with maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms; merchandise lobby area with game information, promotions, and winner information items.
